Most people don't know this, but before I began my spiritual journey, was working as a textile designer for 9 years in home furnishings. Spreading happiness is something very close to my heart. I did my Doctor of Philosophy & Doctor of Science from Open International University for Complementary Medicines (Established in USSR, ALMA ATA 1962) & SRI LANKA in Tarot a Healing Tool in Modern Times and Expressive Arts, under my mentor Prof Dame Dr. Meher Master Moos. Studying human behavior & helping people & children grow & develop using art therapy has been my passion. I was lucky to have parents, teachers & my husband, who let me follow my dreams. My mother Shrimati Kusum Sharma, has instilled in me the values of integrity & compassion through her quiet and loving example. Today I work as a certified UNESCO-CID (28012) expressive arts therapist to help children & adults and corporates to overcome their fears to develop confidence & maintain mental health. Completed Clinical Hypnotherapy from California Hypnosis institute, Gurgoan. Practicing clinical hypnotherapy for therapeutic purposes to help client overcome a mental or physical conditions. My ideology to work with holistic mental health approach ensures to provide support & comfort to the individual, their family & community. I have done my Doctor of Science in Therapeutic Expressive Arts for the Healing Hearts from Inner Wisdom. I am a certified UNESCO-CID (28012) Art Expressive Therapist. I have completed my training in Expressive Art Therapy with the Department of Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences, Fortis Healthcare, in collaboration with and intermodal approach to practice in 170 affiliated countries. E xpressive Arts Therapy can be used on people from all age groups, individually as well as in groups. Children can benefit greatly from Expressive Arts Therapy. Often children don’t have the language skills to verbalize their problems. Expressive Arts Therapy taps into the right brain nodules where the language of images, ideas, and creative expression exist. The therapy awakens a child’s/adults imagination and creativity to help them discover who he/she is and how to engage his senses. It helps people to know more of themselves which in turn helps them know others around them and at large becoming more humble, respectful and mature humans.
